Purchaser agrees to the following:
1. Under no circumstances will this kitten/cat
be sold, leased or given away, or sold to any pet shop, research laboratory or similar facility.
2. This
kitten/cat will be kept indoors and not be allowed to roam freely outside with out human supervision.
3. This
kitten/cat is purchased for: Companion/Pet:_____ Companion/Show:______
4. Both Companion/Pet
and Companion/Show cats and kittens will be altered before they leave the cattery.
5. If this cat/kitten
is found to be neglected or mistreated, Purchaser will surrender said kitten/cat to Seller.
6. Purchaser
agrees to provide cat/kitten with excessive amounts of tender loving care, and provide kitten/cat with the best possible diet,
as well as providing substantial amounts of entertainment.
7. Purchaser agrees that the cat/kitten will be
treated with the utmost respect so that he/she may realize its full potential.
8. Seller reserves the right
of first right of refusal to reclaim this cat/kitten from the purchaser, if the purchaser, for any reason cannot keep this
cat/kitten. Seller has the right to cancel sale anytime before kitten is picked up or shipped.
9. Vaccine
used is Fort Dodge 3-Way Killed VIrus. Feline Rhinotracheitis, Calcivirus, Panleukopenia.
10. This cat/kitten is being
fed Royal Canin Kitten 34 dry food, free fed all day, with fresh water. Please give this cat/kitten canned food as a treat
at least twice a week. I use Purina Pro Plan canned.
Guarantees This cat/kitten is guaranteed to be of sound health upon arrival. It is guaranteed for a period
of 72 hours from the time of arrival if vet checked within that time. If your cat/kitten is found to be medically deficient
with an untreatable or life-threatening problem, it must be reported to the seller immediately. Upon it's return, the
seller will refund the full purchase amount, or replace the cat/kitten. It is the responsibility of the buyer to provide
immediate veterinary care to any cat/kitten showing signs of illness or distress and failure to do so will render any quarantee
null and void. If a cat/kitten dies within the guarantee period, despite medical treatment, compensation will be made ONLY
if a veterinarian certifies the cause of death.
This cat/kitten is guaranteed against congenital
defects for 1 year. If the cat/kitten should die within the 1 year period as a direct result of a congenital defect,
the cat/kitten will be replaced, or refund will be given ONLY if an appropriate necropsy is performed by a licensed vet
and a vet's certificate is provided as proof of cause of death. Due to the many factors involved in rearing and caring
for this cat/kitten that are beyond the control of the seller once the cat/kitten leaves, there are no guarantees on temperament.
I do not condone "DeClawing" of your cat/kitten.
It is my greatest wish that you and your cat/kitten will share a loving bond and closeness that you and your family will cherish
for a lifetime. It is hard to explain the love and enjoyment that is about to enter in to your life, however, many of you
have experienced this great journey. It is also warming to the heart to know that the one member of the family that may not
have been a "cat lover" is quickly won over by the personality of a Pixie-Bob. Please by all means try and keep
